There are about 60 islands in the British Virgin Islands,
most of them uninhabited. It is a Caribbean paradise of beautiful
beaches and vivid turquoise water. The incredible vistas, steady
trade winds, and scores of unique anchorages make this a sailing
mecca. With quiet coves and coral reefs everywhere, the scuba
diving and snorkeling are exquisite. Three favorite dive sites
are the RMS Rhone wreck near Salt Island, Angel Reef near Norman
Island, and Bronco Billys (The Dogs) near Mosquito Island. For
water sports or land activities, or just to bask in the sun,
the British Virgin Islands has it in abundance.
